With rich production experience and expertise, we are able to provide proposal and production services for original products.We can also assist with the design of character figures, promotional items, and other 3D designs.The main types of plush products we produce are plush dolls, plush pass cases, plush tissue box covers, plush bags, cushions and other plush peripheral products.
Production Flow
STEP1 Inquiry
To ensure a smooth process, please let us know your desired product size, product illustration (multi-view drawing if available), color documentation, quantity, delivery date, and budget in advance. We can also suggest fabrics based on the plush toy design.
* We strive to produce plush toys with as consistent a shape as possible, but as all plush toys are produced by hand, slight variations will occur between individual products. We hope you will perceive this difference as one of the charms of “warmth of stuffed toys” that cannot be found in machine-produced products.
STEP2 Rough Estimate
We will provide you with a rough estimate and a general schedule.
* As we carry out line production at a factory that primarily produces mass products, we are unable to accept small lot orders. For plush toys approximately 20cm tall, 1,000 units or more. 10cm tall, 2,000 units or more. For larger sizes, we may be able to accommodate orders of less than 1,000 units depending on the fabric used and shape.
STEP3 Sample Creation and Confirmation
Once you’re satisfied with the price, delivery time, and other requirements, we’ll begin producing samples.
Sample production can be completed in as little as nine business days. We will communicate based on the completed sample and modify the unsatisfactory parts. After several modifications, the sample will be finally completed.
STEP4 Final Quote and Order
Once the specifications are confirmed, we’ll provide a final quote while continuing to refine the sample.
If there are no issues, please place your order.
STEP5 Production and Inspection
Once the sample is confirmed and the order is placed, production can begin. After production is complete, we carefully check the quantity, inspect the needles, and conduct product inspections.
We maintain strict quality control to ensure safe and reliable products.
STEP6 Delivery of Goods
After confirming export customs clearance, we will deliver the goods to the location you specify.
